ENTERPRISE AI TRANSFORMATION

How organizations adapt
as AI changes the
nature of work.

I work on the systems, capabilities, governance, and human–agent arrangements that shape whether AI becomes real organizational capability.

CURRENT THINKING

The Next
Justified Enterprise

AI capability change should trigger reassessment; not automatic redesign.
The leadership question is whether the current enterprise configuration remains sufficient, and what depth of change the evidence actually justifies next.

Not Every AI Gain
Requires Transformation

A real AI gain does not automatically mean the surrounding organization has become inadequate. Sometimes augmentation is enough. Sometimes the evidence does not yet justify structural change.

Is the Current Configuration
Still Sufficient?

Before redesigning, ask whether the current configuration can still produce the required outcome under current conditions. If it can, improve locally. If it cannot, change what the evidence justifies.

work and inquiry

My work spans enterprise transformation, research, and capability development, connected by how organizations think, decide, learn, and adapt.

Enterprise AI Transformation

Deciding what AI-enabled change is justified, how work should evolve, and where capability creates enterprise value.

Research

Studying cognition, organizational systems, decision environments, and human–AI relations through independent research.

Education & Capability

Turning complex knowledge into shared understanding, professional judgement, and durable organizational capability.

SELECTED writing

A small selection of writing across research, systems thinking, and organizational transformation.

Cognitive System Dynamics: Conceptual Foundations for Structuring Feedback Between Bias, Belief, and Behavior

A conceptual framework introducing Cognitive System Dynamics (CSD), a systems-based approach for modeling how cognitive biases evolve, reinforce one another, and persist within feedback-rich environments. The work integrates System Dynamics with cognitive modeling through reusable feedback structures called Bias Interaction Archetypes (BIAs).

A System Dynamics Approach to Sustainable Business Model Transformation

A systems-oriented study exploring how organizations can transform operational and business structures toward sustainability using System Dynamics modeling and feedback-based decision support. The paper examines how strategic adaptation, uncertainty, and organizational constraints interact within complex industrial environments.

Capability Debt: The Hidden Liability That Slows Every Transformation Initiative

A look at how unresolved gaps in skills, governance, shared understanding, and organizational routines accumulate over time—making transformation slower, more fragile, and more expensive.
