I use Aryo Kiani professionally, some earlier publications and academic records appear under Ali Hosseini, my legal name.

About me

I work on how organizations think, decide, build capability, and adapt.

My work spans enterprise practice, research, education, and institution-building. Across those environments, the recurring concern has been the same: how people and organizations turn knowledge, technology, judgement, and coordinated action into meaningful change.

Today, much of that work converges around Enterprise AI Transformation. I am particularly interested in what happens as AI begins to alter the distribution of cognition, agency, work, authority, and organizational capability—and how leaders can distinguish useful adoption from change that genuinely requires organizational redesign.

My current technical direction increasingly includes Agentic AI and Human–Agent Systems, while my research continues through Paradigm Dynamics™, including work associated with FROCA and Cognitive System Dynamics (CSD).
