My work spans enterprise practice, research, education, and enterprise-building. Across those environments, the recurring concern has been the same: how people and organizations turn knowledge, technology, judgment, and coordinated action into meaningful change.

Today, much of that work converges around Enterprise AI Transformation. I am particularly interested in how AI changes work, decision-making, organizational capability, and the conditions under which change is actually justified rather than simply possible.

My current technical direction increasingly includes Agentic AI and Human–Agent Systems, while my research continues through Paradigm Dynamics™, including Cognitive System Dynamics and other evidence-gated research under active development.
